While in college pursuing my bachelors degree , I worked part time for the Buckle Inc. headquarters in Kearney, NE as a system support analyst. As part of my job description, i completed the following tasks:
- Provided over the phone computer systems support for over 300 stores nationally
- Troubleshooting and solving hardware, software, and networking related issues for the company as well as monitoring vital company systems and ensuring critical sales data retrieval on a daily basis
- Assisted in the installation and configuration of new store terminals and company wide software/hardware updates.
I worked for the buckle from the spring of 2006 to the fall of 2007.
